I entered this hat into the Frankie Magazine Good Stuff Awards a couple of week ago, and today they put out the finalists list & I’m stoked to be included.

All black for . I love a good brief, and this one was fun to make. I was asked to make something reminiscent of Lee Van Cleef’s hat in Spaghetti Westerns. Black felt, hand stitched vintage black petersham ribbon with a burnt walnut leather sweat band & vintage Japanese silk fabric inlay. Thanks it was a pleasure. @ Mudjimba

After a looooong wait for supplies, it’s nice to be back on the tools! Black felt & vintage petersham ribbon, single white feather. Black interior sweatband & vintage silk Japanese lining. This ones for which will be paired with an incredible velvet Tom Ford suit. Thanks so much Tam! @ Mudjimba
