About the role:
We have a two exciting roles available for Recruitment Partners to join our growing Recruitment & People Team. Reporting to the Group Recruitment Manager your responsibilities will include providing end to end recruitment assistance and support across all levels of the retail & support office operations of the business. You will drive the overall talent strategy to engage, develop and retain top talent in the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Own end to end recruitment for portfolio of roles – including internal and external job advertisements, web postings, job descriptions and other materials to attract top talent to all Accent roles.
- Conduct formal phone screens and interviews to enable Accent to select the highest affordable calibre talent within the marketplace.
- End to end recruitment includes all advertising, screening, interviews, reference / background checks and offers including onboarding
- Manage the candidate experience and selection process for all internal & external candidates
- Provide succession pipelines for critical roles (ensuring data is accurate) to drive internal career moves – proactive sourcing
- Develop & maintain relationships with preferred recruitment suppliers
- Being a true business partner to drive the development & ongoing relationship management with hiring managers across the business including retail operations and support office
- Provide appropriate and consistent communications with hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates to ensure transparency and awareness throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Drive Employee/Employer value proposition initiatives and attraction/retention strategies
- Work with relevant stakeholders to implement and coordinate project timelines and work streams such as Back to School / Christmas volume recruitment
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated at least 2 years’ of relevant recruitment and/or HR experience.
- Strong ability to manage high volume vacancies across all job categories
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-based attitude; willing to go outside of required duties to support the team to achieve objectives.
- A high level of attention to detail and organization
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Desire and ability to attract, develop and retain talent
- Confidence to work autonomously & a driven self-starter to achieve results
- Ability to develop good working relationships across all levels of the business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems
- Genuine passion for retail and recruitment / talent acquisition
