The challenge? Create a cute baby shower gift for a lovely friend without buying any new materials.

The result? A sweet birdie mobile made entirely out of fabric offcuts, an embroidery hoop, and fabric I already had in my stash.

Delilah has a piece of her Poppy to hug forever in this memory teddy, made from one of his shirts. He may be gone but he’s definitely not forgotten ❤️

It was such a pleasure and a privilege to help create little Morgan’s first birthday dress. Mum Harriet came to me with the idea of giving a second life to the dress she’d worn to her baby shower last year… and I think we were both surprised by how cute it turned out!
A little bit of extra fabric = A matching hat!

It was extra special to receive these photos and see Morgan’s custom Little Joan quilt still has a special place in the nursery! I made this quilt when Harriet’s sister Georgie commissioned it for her newborn niece. What a full-circle moment! It is such a privilege to be part of these special moments 🤍
