Hey beautiful people,

I thought I’d give you all a bit of insight as to why I chose my business name Be Brutal and my slogan
Be Strong. Be Hard. Be Brutal.

My mindset behind this whole brand was to make women feel empowered. You can put on a pair of our leggings and get the job done! It might be weight training, cardio, walking , running or just going to the shop, we want women to feel Brutal wearing them.

Right now I am going though my own challenges. I’m suffering a lot of hurt and pain to the point that my heart is broken and I’m struggling to even function. This is one of the main reasons I am writing this post to remind myself why I have chosen such a strong name for my business.

So here are my reasons for each name.

Be Strong - We all have the power to be mentally and Physically strong. We just need to dig deep inside ourselves to find that strength within.

Be Hard - Show up everyday no matter what. Prove to yourself that you’re not easily broken…you’ve got this!

Be Brutal - You are Amazing, you are Worthy, you are Beautiful, you have Self Worth, but the most important of them all YOU ARE ENOUGH!

Go out there ladies and Be Brutal!
