Good morning 🌞
It’s come to my attention that many new followers are here for “inspiration” including an open conversation between two people discussing how they would make my Cocoon Coats. General comments and messages asking about materials, process, sewing machines, costs etc. Many requests for my pattern for people to DIY or sell under their own brand. Plus criticisms for my pricing or that I should be making plus sizes or that the design would be better if XYZ or that I should be selling online first instead of having my studio doors open …. It’s a long list 😮💨
I love the sewing and small biz community and of course I take inspiration from everywhere and nor am I the first or only person to sew old blankets into new things. But I am earning a living on this page, a challenging career carved out from my own creativity and tenacity. So if you are here to support that in any way then - WELCOME & THANK YOU 🙏♥️
