Please do be aware that if you do not purchase tracking, then we will not be liable for lost parcels.

** Returns Policy ** “Dare To Adorn” would like to make sure that your online shopping with us is a pleasant experience, so that is why if your item/items where received damaged or defective then in accordance with Australian Consumer Law we will either refund or replace the item/items. We also allow all full priced and non custom made items to be returned for a store credit (Gift Voucher).

In order to be eligible to receive the store credit (Gift Voucher), the following return policy conditions apply:- (Please Note: that if these return policy conditions are not complied with then the item/items will be sent back)

The items must be returned 7 days from when the order/parcel was received and the cost of return postage is at the buyers expense. We will not credit or refund the cost of return postage unless the item/items are faulty or if the wrong item/items were sent.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, with no make-up marks and in the original condition that it was received in. With all the original packaging and tags it came with.(Please Note: If the items are not returned in its original condition or packaging, then a restocking fee may be applicable).

Item must not have been purchased on sale.

Also a simple change of mind will not warrant a store credit (Gift Voucher).

** Conditions Of Store Credit (Gift Voucher) ** Once your item/items have been received and we have inspected the item/items, we will then send you either a message or email to notify you of the approval or the rejection of your store credit (Gift Voucher). If granted a store credit (Gift Voucher), will then be messaged or emailed to you with the amount returned and also its expiry date.
