Posting on behalf of your Salt of the Earth creator, Elizabeth-Anne.
I regret to inform you all that on Monday the 18/11/24 Elizabeth-Anne Miller peacefully passed away from her recent battle with cancer.
Not even a month ago we were discussing where and in what capacity she would start creating her beautiful handmade products to get her online business going again.
We are utterly devastated as I’m sure you can all understand but we are at peace that she will never again have to struggle with this disease, treatments or wait for results which brought her so much anxiety and grief.
Elizabeth truly loved her Salt of the Earth business and her ability to breathe life into her clay products she made that people so dearly loved. Elizabeth’s creativity was an inspiration to all.
I want to thank you all for your ongoing support and understanding with the long-awaited return of her business and products. It feels like only yesterday we had launched the gold rimmed trinket dishes that saw us up until 4am getting organised to go out the following day.
It is undecided yet what we will be doing with Elizabeth’s leftover stock but will post onto this page with our intentions.
We have decided to finally open up a GoFundMe page to help cover the costs for Elizabeth’s funeral as this was something people asked for months ago to help contribute for medication, parking and hospital visits, if anybody is looking to support - big, small or not at all - that’s totally fine and there’s no expectations.
