Melamorphic’s Story
Artist Melanie Spurling @MelamorphicImages, creates a range of unique artworks, murals and designs for use on clothing. Her style has a rhythmic vibrant feel depicting a range of intentional imagery and abstracted suggestive forms that have emerged from her subconscious.
She created Melamorphic around 1999 while studying a Bachelor of Visual arts at Uni SA which she completed in 2001.
Aspects of her style, have evolved from her fascination with spontaneous imagery created from line work created in a subconscious almost meditational zone, often created as doodles in ballpoint pen on the edge of pages and anything else in reach when she was concentrating on an intense topic or discussion.
