If you have been past the shop lately, you may have noticed there are some clearance signs in the window. Many of you have come in asking what this means for Kiki + Finch. Let me fill you in…
Recognising when change is necessary can be hard, taking action to make the required changes is much more difficult. When you put your time and energy in to create something that is a reflection of yourself, it is extremely heartbreaking to admit when it is no longer working as you had hoped. It can feel impossible to push back feelings of failure. I’m sure many of you can relate to feeling this way at some stage of your life.
Change is scary. The unknown has us second guessing our choices and deliberating which path to take. Honestly, when you don’t know what is next it can feel paralysing! But change can also be a beautiful thing. It can give you the time and space to see things in a different way. It can allow space for new opportunities. And, it can bring to life dreams that you never thought would be possible.
Change is what I am choosing for Kiki + Finch right now. Sadly, this means that the shop front will be closing soon. But don’t worry, there is more to come for Kiki + Finch. It will be different (I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little scared), but I know it will be wonderful!
