To all the incredible mums out there, whether you are a biological mum, soon to be mum, adoptive mum, stepmum, foster mum, single mum, grieving mum, fur baby mum, praying to be a mum, IVF mum, or a grandmother, know that your journey is a testament to your unwavering and boundless dedication and unconditional love.
Today is a celebration of love and strength for so many of us, and I wanted to send some love to those who need it, not just to those who are Mums, but to anyone who is finding today challenging for whatever reason. I hope you take some time for yourself and have a gentle day.
I see motherhood like a woven tapestry entwined with threads of sacrifice, grief, strength, healing, survival, and unconditional love in its purest form.
So whether your child is beside you, in heaven, growing inside you, adopted into your arms, or still being prayed for, know that you are seen, you are loved, and you are truly incredible.
To all the mums out there, in whatever form that is and to those who may not be mothers but are still making a profound impact on the lives of those around them.
