We shot this at the Shrine of Remembrance.

Not by accident. A place built to honour something lasting — it felt right for where Nowa is right now.

We’ve been rebuilding quietly. Rethinking what the brand should feel like, what it should stand for, who it’s made for. The answer kept coming back to the same thing, clothing with enough intention behind it that it means something to the person wearing it.

The 1950s Fleece Quilted Jacket and the 1924 Wide Trouser in Char Black are part of that. Made to be worn for years, not seasons.

Nowa started in Adelaide in 2018, not because it was the obvious choice, but because Adelaide gave us something most cities don’t. Space. Unhurried land. A culture that lets you dress for yourself and not for the room.

That feeling shaped everything we make. The fit, the fabric, the quiet in what we put out.

Four years in Melbourne. The brand grew. The noise grew with it. And somewhere in that, we stopped putting the original feeling first.

We’re putting it back.

Fully online, rebuilt from the ground up, every piece we have from here carries that South Australian routes back to the surface. The land. The freedom. The belief that clothing should let you be exactly who you are.

That’s what Nowa was.
