My friend - performer magnifique, author, circus star, Guinness book of record holder, busy mum, made these fabulous high (not super) heeled rollerskates in red glitter as a colab with ! I got to style the shoot with (first slide) and the launch party on Valentine’s Day with a team of skaters in matching (Busby Berkley inspired) outfits made by me! Such a disco delight!

New skirt! It’s the Pervy print skirt! 📰This is a lovely juxtaposition of pervy gay propaganda screen printing by on a wholesome 1950s style holiday skirt. It has a shaped waistband coming to a slight v at the centre front. The waistband fastens with a button and it opens with a side zip. The skirt has very handy generous patch pockets. You can wear it with a black skivvy for a beatnik look or a bustier or pointy bra to wear out in the evening. When I got my first job sewing I worked along side Barry who was the first leather man I met. All silk and screen printed by Oriette. 🗞️📰Oriette explains her take on the Newspaper print “As a trans woman who is often obliquely feminine, I operate with a particular kind of irreverence, one that blends my love of printed matter with trans visibility, filth, and the erotic. This gorgeous Endora! The middle panel is hot pink peach skin silk, so sumptuous. The side panels are a geometric brown, black and white silk. It hang beautifully and feels very luxurious and fancy. It’s a one off using fabric I’ve had stashed away. You can wear it with the tie as a belt pr very loose with the tie as a neck scarf. There’s only a couple of these Nina tops left in sizes 8 & 10. If you’re interested in another size DM me or through the website, I can make them in other colours. Unfortunately this is the last of the print though. It’s such a special print for me because it’s made from my drawings including one I did over NYE in 2010 of a poodle I was yet to have.
