We accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard (without surcharge). to sell through our shop;
• After your items are sold, you get 55% of the sale price with payment by bank transfer to your nominated account.
• Sales are collated around every three months; and when payment has been made, you will receive a text message detailing what has been sold.
• Items remain yours until sold and you can collect back your items providing they have not been sold; generally a week's notice is required for us to locate them. However, after you drop things off, we do tag them, sort them, clean them when needed, etc, advertise, and contact potential customers; and so if you want to collect back things within one calendar month from drop-off, there will be a charge of $5 per item.
• Owing to the sheer quantity of some items, mainly particular novels, if you need to collect it/them back, the limit of our liability is to provide you with one in similar or better condition than the one you originally consigned.
• Please notify us of any changes to your contact details.
• Items that are discontinued will generally not be able to be sold and you will be contacted to pick up items within 14 days, or we can dispose of them on your behalf.
• We can deliver orders, depending on where you live. For most deliveries, we either charge a nominal charge, or waive the delivery charge. However, if you cancel the order, or a substantial part of the order (or place a wrong or ambiguous order which necessitates a second delivery), if we have already delivered, we obviously reserve the right to charge a delivery fee of $15 per delivery.
• We will care for your items as if it is our own but no responsibility is taken for goods being stolen as insurance does not cover this cost.
