This interesting publication is 88 years old today. A snap shot of the Huon Valley through the lens of white settlement. 14 Church Street, Circa 1930, is heading in to its 95th year in this funky little town. Currently home to Halfway South, Geeveston, our doors will be open this Wednesday and Thursday 10:30-3:30 before taking a break until the New Year. .hobart will be open in Hobart most days for the rest of the year, so pop by 31B Murray Street and say Hi. 🎄✨🥂

Halfway South is holding its last Pop-Up Pantry this Saturday. We have loved running The Pantry over the last 18 months. It is said that all good things must come to an end, and despite not loving this sentiment, we have to reluctantly agree. Please come in and support your local producers one last time at Halfway South. Keep an eye out around your community for ways to source the most amazing produce that Southern Tasmania has on offer from roadside stalls, to veggie boxes, markets, and local eateries who work their magic with locally sourced ingredients.

We would like to thank Becky , Christie & Alex .orchard.farm.tas, Pathak Golder, Phil Evans, , , Nan & Pops Preserves, , and of course the wonderful customers who have made Saturdays our favourite day of the week!! Last and maybe most importantly… Don’t forget to eat your veg!! 🥬🥕🍅💚
