Sister sizing, explained. A 14C, a 16B and a 12D all hold the same cup. The only thing changing is the band.

So if the cup fits but the band is riding up or digging in, you don't need a different cup. You need the band next door and the letter moved with it.

One rule stays the same either way: the band still has to be firm, because that's where your support comes from. Not sure which one you're in? Free fittings in store, no appointment needed.
