Camping has a funny way of reminding us that being organized isn’t always our strongest skill 😭

After 7 years of camping, we started keeping a checklist and adding to it every time we forgot something.

The longer we’ve been camping, the more we’ve realized how easy it is to forget the obvious stuff 😂

You spend all week planning the trip.

You load the car.

You double-check everything.

Then halfway down the road you suddenly remember the thing sitting on the kitchen bench…

I love group camping… but
I just don’t love being the one who organizes it.

Because somehow
“let’s go camping” turns into me coordinating everything.

Who’s bringing what.
Who forgot what.
Who thought someone else was bringing it.

I want it to feel easy…
but I also don’t want to arrive and realise we forgot half the basics.

And making a checklist from scratch?
I’m not doing that either.
