Postage rates may apply if more items are ordered in this situation. When delivery is included, it is only valid for delivery inside Australia. Overseas delivery is possible in these circumstances however international postage rates will apply. Gift wrapping can be arranged for a flat rate of $1.50. This includes wrapping and ribbon. All payments are to be made via bank transfer. Please state your invoice number as reference for your payment. 1. No cancelations of orders once payment has been made.
2. Payment must be made no more than 72hours after invoice has been sent. Failure to do so will result in cancelation of order.
3. Refund will be issued for faulty items only. In the case of a faulty item, please contact us via email no more than 48hours after receiving your goods. After this time we are unable to accept returns.
4. $5 postage rates do not include tracking. If you require tracking, please advise on ordering and your postage rate will be amended accordingly.
