My life is changing, I started this business in 2016 when my twin girls were 1, I was at home being a mum and needed something creative for me to focus on. I struggled to find cute baby shoes in stores and ended up finding some on a twin buy swap and sell page, I started wholesaling that brand and then went into creating my own styles, if you’re been here since the start you’ll know how many styles, colours and suppliers we’ve had over the years! It’s been a lot of work getting to this point, but so much fun as well!
In 2019 we then relocated our whole family to beautiful QLD due to my husbands work, which saw Chuckle & Charm close for 12months. I struggled to get back into to social media mode after this time and then COVID hit us hard.
Chuckle & Charm is now 5 years old and I have decided to take a new path, I am studying to be a Teachers Aide and I am currently training with kids with disabilities in mainstream schools. Yesterday was my first day with 2 very special little girls, who won my heart in a day. It reminded me how important we are to all children who need us for love and support, we as adults are their future.
I’m not sure what will happen to Chuckle & Charm in the next year, do I sell, do I keep it, I’m so attached to what I have built and the beautiful memories it has given me, but either way, this page has captured so many beautiful memories of happy children and that’s the most important thing in the world to me, the smiles, the memories and the moments! I hope you enjoyed them too!
