While linen can look a bit stiff off the bolt, we have pre-washed this piece to show the multidimensional crinkle effect. This "lived in" texture is the hallmark of linen blends.
The slight horizontal and vertical variations in the yarns thickness (slubs)which gives the fabric an organic, artisanal feel.

While linen can be stiff off the bolt, the washed fabric shows a significantly softer fabric. Having a much more supple drape. Soft to touch.
