This collection means a lot to me, because Active Support isn’t just a “work strategy” — it’s the heart of how I support people every single day.

It’s about slowing down enough to include people.
It’s about making every little moment matter.
Not doing everything for someone… but supporting them to be part of their own life in ways that build confidence, independence, choice and joy. 🤍

The phrase “little and often” has always stuck with me because that’s where the real magic happens — the tiny everyday moments that most people don’t even notice. Making breakfast together. Hanging out washing. Choosing music. Having a laugh while vacuuming. Those moments matter.

That’s exactly why this tee is so important to me.
