24 years ago, I ran the Sydney Marathon, following the “official Olympic blue line” all the way to the Olympic Stadium. 🏟️

In 2002, just 18% of finishers were women. This year, 35% of entrants are women (finish stats are not in yet 😀)

That’s a stat worth celebrating.

Because seeing more women on start lines changes things. More women doing sport. More women watching it. More women thinking, I could do that too.

Look how far we’ve come ❤️

Whenever women ask about our jersey sizing, my first question is “How tight do you like your jersey?”

Because there isn’t really a right answer because it depends on how tight you like them.

I’m a standard women’s Size 8, so here’s exactly what our jersey looks like on me in three sizes:

6 → tight
8 → snug
10 → a bit more room

At Muze, we use standard women’s fashion sizing because we think finding your cycling size should be as easy as possible. Our patterns are designed from scratch for women’s bodies and tested across different sizes and shapes.

For most of our kit, we’d say start with your usual size. But jerseys? They’re personal.

Same body. Three fits. You choose.

Well… the Tour de France Femmes Avec Zwift may be over but the Tour of Britain Women is on now.

So really, no excuses.

Same ridiculously talented women. Same questionable amount of time spent watching people ride bikes. Different country.

Post Tour blues officially cancelled. Keep watching women’s cycling. 🚲

THE GOOD. THE BAD. THE BLOODY BRILLIANT. 🇫🇷

Our take on the 2026 Tour de France Femmes Avec Zwift.

THE GOOD.
✅ The racing. A proper TT, Mont Ventoux and just 8 seconds between Demi and Kasia heading into the final stage.
✅ The rivalry. Tactics, accusations, post-race comments and a little bit of beef. 🌶️ Great sport needs characters.
✅ And it felt BIGGER. Bigger crowds, busier feeds, more conversation. The final audience and social numbers aren’t all in yet…we’ll keep you posted.

THE BAD.
❌ We still couldn’t watch the whole bloody race. Decisive attacks happened before live coverage even began.
❌ The money. €2m vs €250k in total prize money. And the lowest-ranked team? €12,000 vs €250.

We don’t expect a five-year-old race to reach parity overnight. But the gap needs to close quickly.

You don’t build the top without investing in the bottom.

THE BLOODY BRILLIANT.
🔥 The performances. Kasia’s Ventoux effort was estimated at 5.3 W/kg for 55 minutes.
🔥 The course. The personalities. The unpredictability. The fans.

People aren’t watching women’s cycling because they should. They’re watching because it’s bloody good sport.

Now the coverage and economics need to catch up.

Kinda chic that everyone said women’s cycling was too niche.
Kinda chic that this week the Tour de France Femmes is being watched by millions.
Kinda chic that café bike racks are starting to look less like a MAMIL convention.
Kinda chic that the “niche” turned out to be cycling’s biggest growth story.

Kinda chic that we built Muze anyway.
