We’re incredibly grateful to share that Chris from NQSI - NQ Surveillance Installations has generously supplied and installed CCTV throughout the library. This upgrade is a significant step forward in strengthening the safety and security of our volunteer-run service.

We would also like to acknowledge Townsville City Council for their support and collaboration in helping us bring this project to life.

Together, we’re creating a safer environment for families, children, and our dedicated volunteers.

From today we can no longer hire out bouncy castles through Townsville Toy Library Party Hire

Unfortunately our liability insurance for this type of hire could not be renewed. Our team and Toy Libraries Australia tried really hard to keep this option available to our members and the community. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
