The Face Behind The Business

Founder, Jess Mathewson felt she had an eye for unique, practical and on trend western fashion and founded Cutting Edge Country as an online and pop up shop business in 2015 (at age 18). In 2020, she opened her first Bricks n Mortar store in her local town Inverell NSW. Since, she has purchased her very own building in the centre of town to create a permanent home for Cutting Edge Country! After opening the storefront location, Jess has added a unique line of affordable everyday mainstream fashion, to compliment the western lines in store. Every item is hand selected by Jess, which is why she describes Cutting Edge Country as a reflection of her ideal place to shop. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
