Restyling

This dress originally had short puffed sleeves but my client wanted to have long sleeves instead. So I swapped the puffed sleeves into long sleeves and used the lace materials of the old sleeves as cuffs of the new sleeves.

I designed and made this 8-pc bridal dress set from scratch. This is a custom dress for my client overseas.

The set contains 3 different skirts, a peplum top, detachable filipiniana sleeves, detachable bow, detachable off shoulder sleeves and a veil.

I felt so honoured to create this dress for my client as she is not only a client but a childhood friend as well. We've been friends since our primary school up to now. Even though we are miles apart, she still chose me to create her dress!

A sneak peek of the bridal peplum top that La Modista Australia created for our special client overseas. This top is part of an 8-pc bridal dress that we created for her.

Every applique on this top was painstakingly attached individually. Every stitch, every detail, was handcrafted with love, care and attention.

The whole set of the dress is now in transit to Canada for her July wedding.
