In 2 years that my commercial 65cm dtf printer has been printing..

It's time to change over my white capping station top cap assembly...

I have self taught myself EVERRRYTHING I know about pulling my printers apart and putting them back together..

Key banger to a mechanical mind 👌

So it's the first time having to clean and replace this bu**er...

When we go to print, we need to clean the print heads,.. I have 2, 1 for colour and 1 for white...

The white has sediments and is a thick ink,. It does tend to coagulate...

I'm Sooo happy with my printer though,..

I am 1 of all printers in Australia.. that has hardlyyyyy any problems.. touch wood..

For the last day, I have gone to print, but then in the checks, the white ink is missing...
But it isn't just in 1 spot...
Each time, it's different..

So. I'm my mind I have the assembly..
I pulled apart the capping station and knew it was something in that part,... As it couldn't really be anything else..

I isolate, then replace.. and it's allllll good again.

Water from our backyard this morning. 🫣🫣

One Mile lower bridge is under.
I did tell Aaron we are going to flood this time..
2 weeks ago 🫣

I also predicted the 2011 floods and my son, when he was 3 told us the river was going to come up, he started crying telling me, mummy the water is coming... 2 weeks after that.. we were flooded.

We feel things 🤗 we watch the animals around us and we can feel things within us. 🫶

It shouldn't affect our work, unless the water continues,. we just want to let everyone know the water is up and to stay safe on the roads!
