As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store β delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Your responsibilities will include:
β¨ Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
β¨ Processing sales through the POS system accurately and β¨ efficiently
β¨Replenishing and merchandising stock to maintain a tidy and visually appealing store
β¨Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
β¨Working as part of a team to meet store targets and goals
β¨ Learning product knowledge to confidently recommend items to customers
β¨Operating multi-head and single head embroidery machines

β¨Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn
β¨ Ability to work well in a team, follow instructions and work independently
β¨Good time management and ability to work to daily production targets
β¨ Previous embroidery experience is desirable but not essential
β¨Immediate start available
β¨ Training provided on-site
