The talented fashion designer Hakan Uygun, who has worked with leather for over twenty years, and his partner Murat Ogut, a doctor by day and fashion associate by night, are the masterminds of this immaculate labe

With the inspiration to create pieces that derive from the unusual, aiming to satisfy the needs of those in search for unique pieces, DE’RICCI has stunning soft leather finishes in jackets as well as the finest feeling fur shawls embedded with beautiful crystals. It is all about the feeling you get when you wear a DE’RICCI design. The leather jackets are extremely light and easy to wear, complimenting the Australian climate. The fur pieces being lavishly satisfying making it hard to part with, once you put it on. With possibilities soaring for the label, Hakan and Murat are joyfully experimenting in their designs, to extend their creativity pursuing to continue expanding the brand with the eventual desire to open up their own flagship store. Having travelled extensively Hakan says, “We are the ones who make fashion happen. As a designer if you can follow the market well, in terms of trends and consumer needs then you’re halfway there. Italy is a good meeting point for fashion, in terms of finding inspiration and Paris is fantastic for picking up the tiny details, such as the seasonal colours and trends.”

Murat articulates that consumers can expect “The highest quality of silk leather, which focuses heavily on being comfortable in fit and technical design, as well as being distinctive in each item of clothing. Each design is individual, and offers its own details allowing for customers to personalize themselves with the design they choose to wear.”
