The design process of any item from Wild Forest Weaving not only involves how it looks and feels, but brings into consideration the origins and ethics of all components, and transparency about where and how every component was sourced and made. These details are available in the product descriptions. Only natural materials and plant dyes are used so that eventually any item can be safely composted when it is no longer useful.

Cotton muslin bundled with various species of eucalypt and some pecan leaves + a good splash of iron, using the techniques of India Flint (). A cowl neck dress shared the same dyepot, but that's being saved for later.

After distractions and procrastination, this is finally off the frame!

Some 1500 potent, tactile and beautiful Amazonian Acai palm seeds, every row woven twice with copper wire to keep the beads in place and amplify. Roughly 50cm by 50cm.

Wall hanging? Crystal grid? Altar piece? Not sure, but any suggestions appreciated also, should the patern be tweaked to make the circle even more rounded..?

Considering making these by commission when I get the idea finalised. Please contact me through my etsy account (link is in my instagram profile) if you are interested, but not sure how to price them as yet, likely several hundred dollars. Feel free to contact me with an offer
