5) Arrange an appointment to view our current in-stock items collection, or contact us to visit our store.
6) To purchase/pre-order, message us on our Facebook or Instagram page or via WhatsApp. Alternatively, send us a picture of your desired outfit from our wide range displayed on our page or any other platform.
7) We offer stitching and customization services for specific dresses, excluding excessively fancy and/or bridal dresses. We can also match/add custom-made trousers/dupatta to any shirt.
8) Our low prices are due to direct dealings with brands and a reasonable profit margin.
9) We serve customers nationwide in Australia and Pakistan, facilitating delivery to Pakistani addresses to save you time and money.

1) Before placing any order, all customers must comply with our policies, designed for a disciplined and peaceful experience for both parties.
2) Customers need to transfer payment in advance through bank transfer and share a screenshot of the receipt.
3) We confirm the order only after receiving payment.
4) A slight color change may occur due to photographic conditions, as per the brand's policy.
5) For stitching orders, the design of embellishment may vary based on availability in the market but will resemble the display picture.
6) Shipments are dispatched by the end of each month, with delivery in the last week, starting from $10 from Gold Coast.
7) We dispatch orders via standard post; tracking IDs can be provided on demand. Kindly mention if you prefer registered or express post as postage costs vary accordingly.
8) As soon as we hear from the brand we will inform you.
9) Make sure you choose the correct size, refer to the attached size chart or ask if there is none.
10) In case of unavailability of the ordered article, we will inform you within 7 days after the order is placed. We are not responsible if the ordered article is no longer available as branded dresses sell out fast. Return or Exchange:
1) We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or discrepancies from the brand's description.
2) Refunds are only accepted for defective items or wrong articles/sizes sent by mistake. Contact us, and we will resolve the issue.
3) Refund payment can be sent through bank/wallet transfer within 2-3 days, and the customer will be responsible for the postage cost if the item needs to be returned.
4) Exchange is only applicable to in-hand stock items within 7 days after receiving the order, with the customer responsible for postage costs.
