As I mentioned in yesterday's stories, "By Frankie" did not release any new Tees or shirts or tops of any kind in this week's drop. HOWEVER, we did get our hands on 2 NEW pairs of her top selling pants. Remember last week's pants have sold out completely so don't snooze on these new designs! 🤩 Carmel's unpacking them now, and they are up online ready for you now, so no excuses if you miss out on your size. I know it’s frustrating when we don’t have your size in the Wakee jeans in stock, it’s super frustrating for us too! Especially when so many people are “I’ll think about it” or “I’ll come back another day and try some on” only then when they do, we don’t have their size. Problem is the stuff is so darn good, it’s so popular now, and the manufacturer can’t even keep up with demand. So please, to save everyone’s frustration, get them when we have your size in stock. It’s not a sales pitch, it’s just the truth. ❤️ We can’t keep them in stock no matter how hard we try 🫩

I didn’t want to force my elderly mum to learn to use a computer from scratch in order to introduce a POS system in store that would be linked to our website inventory. I didn’t want to stress her out (you and I know how much fun technology is when it doesn’t work 😂) I thought I would just change it over when she retired. But that was about 10 years ago 😂 and she’s 73 now and still happily working (and she’ll continue to work as long as she’s happy to and wants to, of course ❤️) So long story short, we manually update inventory totals daily and occasionally, very rarely something gets missed. But that’s why. Because we’re human. And cause I still love working with my mum after all the years.

ok, NEW "By Frankie" has dropped but this time I put it up online first, and up on stories first, before they were put out on the shop floor. Didn't stop them from selling though, but at least we didn't sell out of a whole design before they made it up online like last week. You know how this goes, they're limited runs, (Ive got to fight to get them myself and some weeks I miss out!) and she rarely re-cuts the same design again, so once they're gone, they're gone!

I'm so sorry guys, I was working as fast as I could, but the short sleeve Tee from the New "By Frankie" drop is already mostly sold out before I could get them online. (I'm not a techie person alright, I taught myself everything and built this (Shopify) website from scratch with absolutely no idea what I was doing, so everything takes some time ok). Ok, here they are! The new drop from "By Frankie". Up online now, out on the floor and selling already. Literally the centre was a ghost town yesterday, but the By Frankie was still selling 😂. You know what to do 🏃‍♀️‍➡️. Now, Carmel has 3 huge boxes of knits and tops to unpack which should have arrived yesterday, stop in and ask to see what's in the boxes.
