JM Eyewear is one of Australia's leading eyewear wholesalers and distributors for sunglasses and fashion reading glasses. We mainly supply pharmacies and news agencies nationwide for the last 25 years and our head office is in Sydney.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative for NSW territory. The position requires working on the road to visit retail stores and provide service to clients. Please indicate the territory you apply for when you submit the application.
Ideally the role will be for someone passionate in sales or pursuing a career in sales area. Young applicants are welcomed. Experience is not essential because we will provide full training for the successful applicant. So, good attitude to learning is a must.
The position will require a person service designated area independently and reporting to Sales Manager. This position will require some overnight travel from time to time.
Duties include:
• Manage your client base and developing action plans;
• Equip with sound product and sales knowledge.
• Visiting existing retail clients on call cycle basis.
• Provide JM standard service and providing solutions to issues.
• Ensure existing clients are satisfied and achieve sales goals;
• Generating leads, follow up prospects and creating new accounts;
• Submitting reports and attending sales meetings and training session as company requested
The suitable candidate will require the following attributes:
- drive license
- Excellent communication skills and self-management skills;
- Sound Computer skills – Microsoft office, internet and emailing; (applicant must have own PC and internet at home)
- Ability to work under pressure and work well independently;
- Proactive work ethics and proactive attitude to challenges during working;
- Punctual, reliable and passionate;
- Experience in Sales is not essential, however, willing to learn and passionate in sales and customer service are required.
Package offered includes:
- Base salary + uncapped Commission + Superannuation + Vehicle allowance (Company car after probation ends) and Petrol coverage + Company phone + all work expenses reimbursed
