I'm not sure there's not a sewist or quilter who doesn't love a box or a tin to POP their sewing accessories in or to keep our next project safe, so when I spotted these gorgeous sewing themed wooden boxes I couldn't resit adding them to the shop giftware range.

We aim to continue to add quality sewing themed accessories to POP and these are the perfect first addition.

POP in to see these in Person, they are perfect for cottons, needles, scissors, rotary cutters, pin and with the clear tops make it easier to see where things have been stored.

Woke to the sad news of Dolly’s passing.

This little girl grew up sitting next to her Mum at the sewing machine or in the car listening to Dolly’s music.

As an adult I’d lean into those songs in good & hard times . .I loved everything about her - I loved her hair, her style, her nails her courage only ever be her flamboyant self - so brave. My silver cowgirl boots remind me of her ☺️

Coat of Many Colours resonated with me, most of my clothes were handmade and not always well received by others.

RIP Dolly and thank you for your music and the stories you told 🖤🖤

🧵We're off to the Fraser Coast Hospice Craft show this weekend and some of what we'll be taking with us is our 5 for $50 fabric packs.
🧵Each pack holds 2.5mtres of fabric which we'll be reducing for $35.00 from this week onwards.

🧵As a collective myself and our Club Members our Pay It Forward project for 2026 was to create blocks that would eventually be put into lap quilts and donated to a couple of chosen Nursing home in Maryborough.
🧵To date we have enough blocks to put together approximately 20 quilts which is where the real work begins. We're slowly putting together kits with sashing, borders and blocks for anyone who's got some spare time to pull a quilt top together or who's in between projects and wants to do some simple sewing.
🧵POP in and have a chat with us regarding our Pay It Forward project and how we can work together to get as many quilts finished for Christmas.

📍Whilst graphic colourful fabrics have its place in the quilting world especially when pulling together your next quilt project, fabrics with that beautiful vintage feel are as necessary and we are working at sourcing this style of fabric to add to our fabric collection.
📍The first of our new vintage collection has arrived in-store and we cannot wait to use it in a project to really show it off. Le Petit Bonheur will tempt you to grab from your quilt pattern library just to have a quilt using this collection in your home....

I’m challenging myself to create a laptop quilt with it all hand sewn 💙💙

📍Le Petit Bonheur not only makes a statement on it's own it works well with co-ordinates within our fabric Library so POP in, view this new range in person and try hard not to be tempted to add some of it to your stash I know some of it's coming home with me...
