What age are your kits suitable for? �
Sensory play is beneficial for all ages and we encourage safe sensory play where adult supervision may required. However, it is important to know that all of our kits contain small parts which are a choking hazard. These are not suitable for children under 3 years of age (excluding some Toddler kits) Parental supervision is advised during play time. What is your play dough made from? ��
Our play dough is made using food grade ingredients - flour, salt, oil, cream of tartar, water and food colourings/oils.These are then decorated with non-edible glitter, sprinkles or sand. This makes them unsuitable for eating. Please also note although our surfaces are cleaned prior to making our products there is always some risk that our products are made on surfaces that may possibly contain traces of foods and elements that may trigger allergies. How to keep the play dough fresh?���
Our play dough will easily last if it is looked after well. Keep your dough in an airtight container/zip lock bag or wrapped in cling wrap, in a cool place to keep it fresh. If you get the kids to wash their hands before playing with the dough it will reduce the bacteria and help it to last longer. If you find your play dough gets salt crystals - this is totally normal - kneading the play dough will make these disappear. If your play dough starts to dry out, simply add a few drops of water or oil and knead again. Why does my kit look different to the one on the website?����
All of our boxes may vary slightly to the pictures on our website. Figurines are chosen at random and depends on availability (though we try our best to ensure an even spread across all boxes) and materials may vary, but we always try to achieve equal value and fun! Can I buy more play dough? �����
Yes! You can buy extra play dough for each set or mix and match colours. Can I refill my box or jar? ������
Yes, our boxes and jars are refillable and reusable, we encourage you to either reuse or repurpose them by ordering a refill, you can top up by ordering any or all of the products and accessories in your kit or you can order a completely new theme? it will be packaged in a zip lock bag and have everything from the toy accessories, to the Play- dough to the crafty bits and pieces. Once you have finished using the Little Bitty Boxes or Jars as they are intended we then encourage you to repurpose them maybe in the office or for the kid’s toys. Can I order custom kits? �������
Custom kits may be possible upon request but may be at a different price, we can't promise anything but we will try our best to accommodate you. As we are conscious about using plastics some of our products are used or have been repurposed. All products are sanitised thoroughly. Things that may have been used are beads and buttons, cardboard, some small toys for example Squishies. Our boxes are made from plastic and we encourage you to reuse or repurpose them. If you would rather not buy plastic boxes please let me know as I am able to use wooden/bamboo compartment boxes but there would be extra costs involved. Our Jars are 100% recyclable.
