Sometimes as a stylist, I truly have to listen to my gut!

How stunning does look? ❤️
This ‘fit was a last minute addition and I just knew in my gut she’d pulled it off though seeing it on the clothes hanger, there was some hesitation.

Then that voice creeps in- “why not? Just try it”.
She did and voilà- one of the looks that surprised her and she loved 🥰

It feels so demoralising when you’re in a funk or not feeling like doing or showing up for anything 😔
I know I have had many moments like this, even before I got pregnant, when I just “could not be bothered”!
 
Being in a rut happens but when it does- it is about figuring out how to get going and inspired again.
When it comes to your style- you know I got you! 😉
When it comes to your mental health- listen to the latest episode with for helpful resources.
 
It’s Valentine’s Day after all and nothing says “self-love” more than taking care of your mental health….. and style ❤️
