to take pictures or videos of products (jewellery or clothing) immediately once you received to retain as proof. Refund and Cancellation
If you cancel the order after payment is made we will deduct payment processing charges of 5% and if the goods are already shipped, then both side shipping charges will also be deducted along with payment processing charges and the refund will be done within 7 days of the return goods received by us. We would not refund on items once sold however on defective items we can replace order but design and colour are not guaranteed due to availability of product. Shipping Charges
Once you placed your order we will let you the shipping charges .Depends upon location and weight of order. Express shipping also available at extra cost. Shipping will take 1-2 days , make sure to order before weekend , once item dispatched the tracking number will be provided. Due to Covid-19 we are not guarantee on time deliveries specifically in high risk areas within Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland.
