This is what I made this time last year.

I can’t believe my ‘take a breather’ was a year! 🤯
Thank you for allowing me to have the time to ‘DMOT’ (do my own thing). And although I haven’t come back as a business (I still have a full time job 😄) I realised I can still share all the lovely designs, fabrics and creatives I have so fortunately come across in my previous chapter. Cos we all need the burst of colours and happy juju in our lives 🌸
Hence the new ‘creatives’ account (can I be so brave to think I can pull off being an influencer? 😂)
Anyhoo, I’ll be here albeit inactively, to continue sharing the amazingness of what fueled/started with.art.and.sew 😘

The last 2 months have been challenging, is an understatement. I have pushed my limits so much and have had to learn to let go on many things and on many occasions.
Glad we are no longer displaced.

16 Feb 22. Last day to put in your orders so I can spend the rest of Feb getting them out to you. 💕
Sewing orders away from home has proven to be challenging. March will be a big month for me & fam as well (reno expected to finish up and more moving, cleaning, unpacking) so will be taking a break and be back whenever I am back.
Those who have ordered, no worries as I’ll continue working on them through Feb 😊

This is a special request from a friend which was meant to be a birthday dress but due to delays is now a CNY dress! 🙈
The fabric (unfortunately not stocked) is lightweight cotton linen so I have made it with lining. Too proud of my first dress with lining to not share 😚

For the wonderful messages and love.
Our household of 5 (including 1 yo) ended up catching it. But we have fully recovered and out of iso on 2 Jan. Just to be super safe, we added an extra week before catching up with friends and family since missing Christmas & NY.
Hope everyone else has been well and safe!
The sewing machine is now back at work. But when it was locked away, we have been saving these and goodies to be released! 😍
