15 months ago after the birth of our youngest son I left the workforce to look after our two boys so that could continue to be the amazing boss lady that she is.

Couldn’t be prouder to be married to such a smart, loving and supportive partner (officially the number 1 supporter of ) that is showing our boys what passion and hard work can lead to in life.

Feels appropriate to send love to all the amazing boss ladies out there on International Women’s Day. We at Papa Threadz are all about doing everything we can to support inclusion and diversity and normalizing men taking much more active roles in raising children than in prior generations.

And just like that, Charlie is through his sleep training.

From 3-4 wakes per night (and requiring rocking to sleep each time at 45-60mins to settle) to sleeping through 2 out of the last 3 nights it has been a huge shift.

Thanks so much to Kiestyn and the team at for all the support through the 14 days. BTW this is not a paid promo, I was a paying customer just sharing our journey with it for those struggling and looking for options!!

Not an easy process but so worth it. Our little coffee bean Charlie is happy and full of energy and the extra sleep clearly agrees with him (and his mum and dad 🤣).

To all the mums and dads out there struggling for sleep, there is definitely help out there and you are not alone. Felt like we would never get Charlie sleeping properly but 18 months in and finally our house is getting decent sleep again…

Not sure what I love more - seeing our tiny guy overcome his fears and accomplish something, or the look of sheer joy on his face when he does.

Amazing how much inspiration you can draw from being around little people. The number of times they have to step outside their comfort zone to continue developing each day is mind blowing. Definitely puts me to shame.

And just like that Charlie is through the first week of sleep training! Some ups and downs along the way but huge improvements already in his sleep.

Kiestyn at has been amazing with all the real time tips and support.

One more week to go and hopefully we will have our little coffee bean sleeping properly through the night 🤞🤞🤞

After almost a year and a half of broken sleep, last night marked night 1 of Charlie’s two week sleep program from to hopefully get him sleeping through the night.

Our little coffee bean did great but as all parents can no doubt relate - definitely tugs at the heart strings!

Charlie was loving the beach life today as a mini celebration. Here’s hoping the rest of the program goes smoothly…
