Meet Mia. The original ocean lover. The reason this brand has her name. The one who has been running along Mornington Peninsula and Sunshine Coast beaches since before Mia & The Sea even existed.

She doesn’t know she inspired this brand. She just knows she loves the sand, the salt air and anything that smells like the ocean.
