SPRING HAS SPRUNG!

And with it, wedding season shifts into a different gear.

Calendars fill. People gather. Champagne gets opened. Emotions run high. Weekends get bigger, nights get longer and there’s a little more energy in the air.

“A good celebrant sets the tone of a wedding, we knew we wanted someone who could convey and describe our story and love for all our friends and family to enjoy.

Shannon did this and so much more for us and we couldn’t be more grateful! She took the lead from us saying we wanted a heartfelt but funny ceremony and she wove the most beautiful story for everyone to enjoy. I felt confident and comfortable thoughout the whole ceremony and she set both the boys and the girls up so well.

We had our dog Banksy sit with us down the aisle and Shannon was very accommodating of every little detail. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

She was a highlight of our day. Thanks Shannon!

No season highlight reel, because honestly it was all a highlight. Just a very genuine thank you.

To every couple who trusted me this past season with their story, their people and one of the biggest moments of their lives—thank you. I know the responsibility that comes with standing up there beside you, and I never, ever take it lightly.

Thank you for the kind words, the reviews, the messages that land in my inbox after the day, the photo albums you send through, the recommendations to your friends, and the ongoing support long after the confetti has settled.

And to my fellow wedding vendors—the familiar faces, the new connections, the teamwork, the laughs, and the mutual understanding that we’re all there to give our couples the absolute best experience possible—thank you. Working alongside good humans makes this industry an even better place to be.

So that’s a wrap for now. Five weeks to reset, regroup and recharge... then it’s back to doing what I absolutely love, with the energy, enthusiasm and heart my couples deserve.

Over the years, it’s become abundantly clear that while their preferred volume levels may sit at opposite ends of the scale, Millie and Dom are very much on the same page.

Their wedding on Friday was the ultimate celebration of everything they’ve achieved to date, and everything yet to come. Just as they are, it was truly special.

Sarah and Barrett’s post-ceremony words hit me right in the heart, because providing this level of comfort and satisfaction is exactly what I’m all about.

Having Shannon as our marriage celebrant was one of the most special and meaningful decisions we made for our wedding.

It truly felt like an honour to have her be part of our journey. We first saw Shan in action at a friend’s wedding, and from that moment, we knew she was something special. Over time, we were lucky enough to attend a couple more weddings where she was the celebrant, and each time she delivered something uniquely beautiful, heartfelt, and unforgettable. From that very first experience, we knew without a doubt that when our time came, Shannon had to be apart of our day too.

So the day after we got engaged, there was no hesitation. We reached out to Shan immediately because we simply couldn’t imagine our day without her. From the very beginning, she made us feel so excited, supported, and completely at ease.

Shannon is quite honestly an absolute wizard and truly the best in the business. The way she crafts a ceremony is nothing short of magic. She has this incredible ability to balance joy, humour, and deep emotional connection all at once. Our ceremony was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was filled with laughter, warmth, and beautiful moments of reflection, while still allowing space for genuine connection between us.

She captured our story so perfectly and delivered it in a way that felt authentic, personal, and deeply meaningful. Not just for us, but for everyone there. So many of our guests commented on how incredible she was and how it was one of the most memorable ceremonies they had ever witnessed.

Shannon didn’t just officiate our wedding, but she elevated it into something truly unforgettable. We will forever be grateful for the energy, care, and passion she brought to our day.
