Where our energy transports, who and how we use it can come back on us in many ways.

Surrounding ourselves with those who give us peace is not selfish, after all this is our life, we control our substance much like others control theirs.

This peace can look different to all, dont stress if someone isnt meeting what you thought they might and vice versa.
