FASHION REFINERY is a Hong Kong/Australian design company specialising in sustainable uniforms and forward-thinking design, founded in 2018 by Alexandra Foster. The founder noticed the desperate need for eco & ethically minded customer-facing companies to have uniforms that reflected their ethos.

Since the very beginning FASHION REFINERY has had a focus on expanding corporate, private and public spaces with its uniforms. Using uniforms as wearable art has been well received by various industries and is widely acclaimed for its design and quality.

Today the studio works with many of the world’s leading hospitality, fashion and cosmetics institutions such as New World Group, Hourglass Cosmetics, Maximal Concepts, Allbirds and many others.
