Based on the buyer's requirements we can source fabrics from our local suppliers or from China, Pakistan & India, GSH Global controls and ensures quality of all fabric inputs and coordinates timing of their procurement and imports and its timely delivery to garment manufacturing units. Fabrics are tested for colour fastness, fabric strength, flammability or any other parameters set by buyers to ensure product satisfaction. Most commonly used fabrics include cotton and poly/nylon/viscose blends; yarn dyed plaids, stripes, dobbins, jacquards, herring bones, moss crepes, spandex yarn dyes, poly micro fibres, poly micro mesh, knit piques, interlocks, thermals, jacquards, French terry’s, fleece, ribs, double mercerised etc. PRODUCT ANALYSIS:
For each production sample, we analyse and identify most suitable country for the garment category that particular sample pertains to, ensuring smooth flow of production and timely shipping. LABELLING, PACKAGING, MARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
We help production units to import required labels and trims if they are not available locally. Our personnel control strictly follow labelling, packaging and carton marking instructions provided by buyers. QUALITY ASSURANCE:
We at GSH Global believe in maintaining systems and control measures from yarn-knitting/weaving-fabric stages in accordance to AQL 2.5 system to deliver flawless garments. Our quality assurance personnel stationed at all manufacturing sites in order to ensure that all production units are geared to run on AQL 2.5, thereby eliminating the last minute rejection factors, giving you good value for your money. DOCUMENTATION AND SHIPPING COORDINATION:
We check all shipping documents as per as buyers instructions and ensure dispatch of documents based on dispatch instructions provided by buyers L/Cs, well ahead of the actual shipment arrival to buyers and their clearing agents. LABOUR PRACTICES AND HEALTH & SAFETY LAWS:
GSH Global ensures and maintains that all production units comply with Health & Safety Laws and good labour practices, eliminating any use of child labour/ prison labour/ forced labour and providing standard living and sanitation facilities and justified wage structures set out by the Government. Adequate fire safety measures are followed and fire drills are taken place on a regular basis, fire fighting equipment are deployed and serviced regularly , employees are trained to handle fire fighting equipment in case of emergency.
