On Sunday, April 27, 2025 we will come together around the world to celebrate the artistry of millinery - from professional milliners and vintage fashion aficionados to cos players and collectors to showcase creativity, craftsmanship, community and friendship. This is an open invitation to be a part of this growing global event in recognition of the humble hat – and join fellow hat lovers for WORLD HAT WALK 2025.

World Hat Walk Australia events are being held in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide and participation is free.

Each state has chosen easy to walk routes that will showcase their cities’ finest assets and provide great editorial photo opportunities, so make sure you bring along your best hats and biggest smiles with you on the day.

World Hat Walk aims to uplift the profile of the hat and engage our community to feel confident about wearing hats whether for a special occasion or for no particular reason at all – other than to look good and feel fabulous and know you belong to a truly global hat-loving community.
