HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY to our beautiful Jess 🎂💜 Jess came on board with us several months ago to begin her training as our youngest ever team member! She shows great enthusiasm in all things running and shoes! Her maturity, genuine compassion and kindness, attentiveness, and information retaining attributes have seen her really finding her groove so quickly and impressively! ☺️ Jess will continue her training as she completes her year 12 studies this year before taking on more hours with us after graduation 🙌

Wow what knowledge! Caleb McInnes from brought our running community a wonderfully in-depth, insightful, informative, and inspiring presentation this evening! 🙌 What better to do on Global Running Day than train together then learn together! 🤩

We are so very grateful to Caleb for sharing his wealth of knowledge and very current information straight off a conference he attended over the weekend! Suffice to say we have all left the shop this evening with our heads full of how we can become stronger, faster, and less injury prone runners! HAPPIER RUNNERS! 😀

Keeping runners across their training loads, strength sessions, and technique is where we keep runners RUNNING! 🥳

THIS SUNDAY 31st MAY : 8AM - 11AM

Meeting at MT EVELYN STATION, Wray Crescent, Mt Evelyn

8:00am : Meet & Greet

8:15am : Hoka Trail Shoe fittings (Speedgoat & Mafate) plus tech talk by Caitie from HOKA

8:30am : LET’S RUN! 🏃🏽‍♀️ 3.5km loop as many times as you like and/or kms along the Warburton Rail Trail

9:30am : Gather back at the station

9:45am : Special Guest Speaker Kellie Angel

10:30am : Goodie Bags, further questions, and time to socialise 😃

11:00am : Wrapped up!
