About Us

Crafty Chimps provides an educational craft and play session for children from 6 months to 5 years of age.

Crafty Chimps is ran by qualified Early Childhood Teacher Rose who supports, encourages and guides your child/ren during our interactive and hands on sessions.

Crafty Chimps mission is to design and create themes that are fun for the children and adults to engage in interactive educational learning experiences, with these experiences assisting children to develop through imaginative, social, intellectual learning, creativity craft, and messy and sensory play.

Crafty Chimps

Sensory Play is fantastic in promoting our children's all over development. As our children hear, touch, see, taste and smell a range of items, connections are created between the brain and the body, these connections create body awareness and are essential for success in later learning.

Crafty Chimps sessions are fun and age-specific early childhood activities that lay a strong foundation for social development, fine and gross motor skills, literacy skills and numeracy skills and instil a love of learning.

We use flash cards in our group time flashcards are designed to engage the subconscious and expose the children to a large variety of topics and vocabulary. The children will gain confidence in literacy by practising phonics, exploring alphabet letters in many ways and using their fantastic memories to build an extensive vocabulary.

Each session at Crafty Chimps we explore music in the session your child will learn to appreciate music, gain a sense of rhythm and express themselves.

The Crafty Chimps session offers craft, messy play and much more without you having to worry about the mess or clean up!
