A little secret...

Part of the reason I created the Spicy Margarita Collection was because I wanted to be a little more like Samantha Jones.

Not because she is fabulous & can attract an audience, but because of her confidence.

After everything I had been through, I realised I had lost a lot of mine. Cancer, treatment and life had changed me in ways I wasn't expecting.

So I started doing things that scared me. Taking myself for coffee, going to dinner alone( still need to do) and sitting at a bar with a spicy margarita.

Little by little, my confidence is coming back but all I think is what would samantha jones do?

The Spicy Margarita Collection is a reminder to stop waiting, trust yourself and enjoy your own company.

Mother’s Day…but starting with mine 🤍

To my mum, who carried me for 8 months (clearly I was ready to enter the world early 😂), and has stood beside me for 36 years… through every high, every low, every questionable decision, my cancer journey, and everything in between.
Thank you. For never leaving, never judging, and always loving me exactly as I am.
You are my constant.

To my late Nanna, our teacher, our number one supporter, and my favourite gin rummy partner…I miss you every single day 🤍

To my Baba, your cooking, your hugs, and yes…the lipstick stains you’d leave on our cheeks that we would talk about for days.

To Linda, my step mum, thank you for always being there, for the check-ins, the chats, and the quiet support that means more than you know.

To Danielle my sister, my person, you are a mum in so many ways already, in how you love, care and show up…and I cannot wait to watch you become one in your own time 🤍

And to the closest women in my life who aren’t mums yet but will be one day, I see you.

To the dog mums, the cat mums (I’ve been both 🐾), the nurturers, the ones who love deeply in any form.

To the fathers who step into both roles, this day is yours too.

And to me a future mum in my own way.
I froze my 12 eggs to support my declining fertility, but also because I know in my soul I’m meant to be a mother in some form.

Because there isn’t one definition of a mum.
It’s love. It’s strength. It’s showing up in all the ways that matter.

THE 🌶️🍸 CHECKLIST ~ This one’s personal…words from our Founder Chantelle:

“ I made this spicy margarita check-list, along side the collection because I realised I was playing it safe. Over thinking everything, waiting for the “right time” instead of just doing it.

The little stuff that scares me, but I need to trust that I can build the life I want.

And to be honest fear has held me back more these recent years after cancer than before it.

This check-list is calling myself out and stepping into the woman I am!
