Download, sew and share your patterns Designer Annie Mollison has been sewing and designing since she was a teenager.

Annie studied Fashion Arts in Vancouver in the 90’s and is inspired by street style , vintage designs and unconventional designers. Annie has created Sew this Pattern to bring current trends and playful creations to the sewing world by providing patterns that are exciting and directional. The patterns are mostly designed for advanced beginners to intermediate sewers with basic instructions, photographs and illustrations provided.

I will never hand sew another button on ever again! I’ve always been a little hesitant sewing buttons on the machine but my Bernina 570QE sews them on perfectly and it was so easy.

Loving my new position as Area Manager !
Getting to visit and get to know some lovely dealers and play on some seriously impressive sewing machines. Today I practiced a buttonhole on the B990. The ability to adjust the inside width for different fabric weights and measure the button right on the screen is so cool! 😎 Love it!

Friday nights intimate closing soirée at my studio was really special and the support from some supportive friends was appreciated. 🤗 Huge thanks to everyone who attended and to Javier for helping me move everything in just 2 days! 🚚💨

It marks the end of an era and my studio is officially closed!

I’ll miss it, but I’m excited about my new chapter at Bernina, I’m loving it so far. I’ll still be designing and selling patterns online in my spare time 😜 so updates might be a bit slower until I find my groove. Stay tuned!

This weekend marks the finale of my sewing lessons and fabric shop. Thank you to everyone for your support over the past 8 years. I’m hosting a spontaneous Closing Event this Friday 6–9pm with 50–75% off everything left, plus freebies. Enjoy cheese platters and some light refreshments as we say goodbye. Today at Craft Alive Shepparton, I joined the Bernina stand with Brad from Shepparton Sewing Center Brad and Sandra were super supportive as I’m new in my Bernina role, couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome!

Packing up an another new order today!

This closing down sale has kept me busy! I’ve been inundated with orders and questions. I’m grateful for every single order, It’s bittersweet, though. If I’d been this busy before, I might still be open. 😢
I’m not here to begrudge a bargain though honestly, I’d rather see these fabrics go to a good home than be left to moths.

To everyone who’s supported me and my little shop, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope you’ll keep supporting small businesses and creators.

Closing Down Sale – Everything Must Go!

With a heavy heart, I’m announcing a closing down sale as I prepare to close at the end of February. All lessons have finished but my PDF patterns will continue to be available with new patterns to be released throughout the year.

This week:
- Wednesday: 11am - 4pm

Side note: I’ve received many messages asking for information that would require research. I can only answer questions related to my business operations and stock sales. I won’t be able to provide referrals to other businesses or conduct research on where to buy fabrics, tables, machines, etc. I simply don’t have the capacity to take on work beyond what’s listed in the shop. Thanks for understanding.
