The Dust Merchant is For Sale🌸
After lots of reflection, I’ve made the decision to sell The Dust Merchant in Merredin.
Opening a third store has been an exciting chapter, but it’s also made it clear that managing three locations (all many hours apart) just isn’t sustainable. As much as I’ve tried to make it work, I’ve had to accept that I can’t be everywhere at once.
My Merredin store means a great deal to me. But with home now shared between Bremer Bay and Denmark, the distance has become a real challenge. It’s time to pass the baton to someone local - someone who loves small business and retail, and who can continue to nurture this very loved space.
The Dust Merchant is well loved and well supported, with attractive rent and turnover. It’s for sale walk-in walk-out at $50K + GST, including current stock, POS system and iPad, fixtures and fit-out, and established socials and branding.
