king days after items have been made. I use standard Australia Post ,postage services. If you require your clothing or accessories faster, please let me know and I can arrange Express Postage for an additional fee. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
As my items are handmade, refunds will only be permitted in the event of a faulty product. If this occurs I request you return the item. The item must be returned it its original condition (excluding the fault) otherwise this will nullify the refund and the original item will be mailed back. I will also be happy to arrange an exchange if this option is preferred. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. In the event you order the incorrect size or item, I am are entirely happy to exchange the item/s. If this happens I require you to send us back the original product and pay the difference between your exchange item and the new item (if any) plus shipping costs. I need to be paid before the order is processed. In the event we send you the wrong order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. I will require you to send us the original item back; when I receive the item back in its original condition I will send you your correct order. In all cases of exchange and refund we will need to receive the original product in question before I will process the new transaction. I apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding on the matter. WASHING:
I recommend that you hand wash your items in cold water to help prevent small objects from coming off, and longer lasting garments, however some items can be washed in a wash bag on a cold water cycle. DISCLAIMER:
All care is taken in the design and creation of our products; however I am a mum and understand that children are capable of pulling all sorts of things apart.Some of my products have small objects that pose a potential choking hazard so care must be taken to supervise small children. We try to limit the small objects on my products and secure them as much as possible, but kids will be kids and the safety of the children that use my products is the responsibility of parents/guardians. I will not be held responsible for any misuse of my products. Please also note I try to represent colours as well as I can in my photos, however products may appear slightly different due to lighting issues beyond our control.
