Thank you to everyone who placed an order.

Reminders:
- Orders have now been placed with the company for production.
- Invoices will be sent to you once items are ready for collection.
- Once I receive proof of payment (payment details will be on the invoice sent to you), you can collect your item.
- Collection from Transit Lounge at any time after proof payment
- Items will be secured in a locked staff locker, code provided.
- Alternate collection can be arranged but this will be within my availability as I am doing this out of kindness :-)

As Iā€™ve had more interest than expected for orders, I have made time to place another order. Orders close by Friday 8th May 9am.

*Order Information*
- Type: Jacket/Vest
- Style: Womenā€™s /Mens
- Size: See sizing information
- Colour: Black/Navy
- Embroidery: Queensland Government and Metro North Logo remain in white thread. All other embroidery can be another colour. *Rainbow has additional costs not outlined in pricing image.*

*Terms and Conditions*
- No changes can be made after 9am Friday 8th May.
- Once your order has been placed, you agree to make payment to the BSB and Account Number on the invoice you receive.
- When your item is ready for collection, your invoice will be sent to you. The supplier issues me the invoice upon collection, I will then send to you.
- Payment confirmation (to me) to be received prior to order collection.
- If the order you receive is incorrect due to supplier fault, item will be replaced/corrected free of charge.
- If the order you receive is incorrect due to a fault in your confirmed order, extra charges to correct/replace will occur. Itā€™s important you check your order is correct upon confirmation.
-Please be patient with my responses, I will ensure I respond to everyone but I also have to work and have a family.
- Collection from staff lockers in Transit Lounge (code will be sent once order is in the locker)
- Alternative collection arrangements can be made.
- Postage cost $15. Payment details for postage costs will be sent to you.

2026 Vest & Jacket Order

Only time in 2026 I am placing an order!!!

You donā€™t pay me. You will place your order, I will give you the invoice from the company and once proof of payment is made (to me) you will receive your item. Your item will arrive at the same time you receive your invoice, so choosing not to pay/cancel after order is placed isnā€™t an option.

NOTE: I will now only be working on orders one day a week due to my career/life demands.
This day will be whatever day I have rostered off and will change week to week.
I will respond to all messages and process all orders on this day off each week. This will not make processing times any longer as the company bulk order the vests/jackets once a week.

Currently not taking orders as the company is readdressing pricing (to cheaper apparently!) they have always tried to give me the best possible price and now they are able to offer it a bit cheaper.

I know this is a pain and a kick for those who have already order and I apologise, normally things in go up in price never down so I was very surprised when I received their email.

Stay turned for up to date cheaper prices.

Note: I doubt embroidery pricing will change as that is a different area within the company but the base price for plain vest/jacket will.

I should hear back from them tomorrow but being post nights after tonight I may not get around to updating information until Thursday.
